Credit Card/Debit Card

Secure online payment using Stripe.

Cheque

Cheques must be mailed to TMUN by March 5th, 2025. Cheques should be addressed to Toronto Model United Nations, not any acronym. In the event that a cheque cannot be deposited due to incorrect formatting, delegations may have their registration withdrawn.

Wire Transfer

Secure wire transfer. Payment information will be provided upon registration form submission.

Interac e-Transfer

E-transfers can be done to sg@tmun.ca and should include the delegation name. Please be aware that most banks have a $3,000/day e-Transfer limit and $10,000/week e-Transfer limit, and this form of payment is not recommended for large delegations.

Regular Registration Refunds:

You will be able to receive a full refund if you contact us within 24 hours of your purchase.
You will be able to receive a 50% refund if you contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
Purchases are no longer eligible for refund 7 days after the purchase.

Late Registration Refunds:

You will be able to receive a full refund if you contact us within 24 hours of your purchase.
Purchases are no longer eligible for refund 24 hours after the purchase.

To request a refund, please email delegateaffairs@tmun.ca with your Submission ID, which is included in your receipt.

In the event of a cancellation of the conference, you will be refunded 80% of the corresponding registration fees paid to TMUN.
This is due to non-refundable expenses incurred by TMUN to arrange the conference.
